Anthony is a licensed motorcycle injury attorney in both Nevada and Utah. He is also a member of various legal organizations such as: The State Bar of Nevada, The Utah State Bar Association, The Utah State Bar Association Litigation Division and the Southern Utah Bar Association.
In his personal life, Anthony is an avid golfer and a motorcycle enthusiast, but most of all he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Andrew Spainhower is the newest member to join the experienced legal team at McMullin Injury Law, PLLC. Andrew’s license to practice law in the State of Utah is currently pending the July 2014 Utah State Bar Exam. Andrew earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communication from Dixie State University right here in St. George, Utah. For many years, Andrew has had the goal of one day using the law to fight for the rights of others. In 2014, Andrew earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Andrew’s legal education had a heavy emphasis on subject matter pertaining to the field of Civil Litigation.
Being a motorcycle injury lawyer at McMullin Injury Law will allow Andrew to aggressively represent the interests of victims who have been hurt by the negligence of other drivers.
Paralegal – Kacee C. Weldin
Kacee C. Weldin has over seven years of experience working with motorcycle injury lawyers to resolve cases. She helps clients to feel comfortable throughout every step of the process. Kacee graduated from Pine View High School. She then went on to earn her Associate of Science degree at Dixie State University. Kacee is currently finishing up her Bachelor’s Degree.
Kacee uses her vast knowledge of the insurance claims process to help resolve cases for motorcycle accident victims as quickly and effectively as possible. She keeps injured victims informed and makes sure that every small detail is accounted for.
Office Administrator – Magalle Gutierrez
Magolee grew up in St. George, Utah, where she graduated from Pine View High School. She then went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Dixie State University. Magolee worked throughout her college years and has loads of experience resolving people’s concerns. Her specialty is putting clients at ease.
Magolee’s favorite aspect of working with motorcycle injury lawyers is that she is able to help people get through hard times. From the time an injured victim first calls our office, Magolee enjoys doing her part to relieve their stress and make their lives a bit easier.
